Thanks for the Insight! I don't have any more credit card bills to pay for the month 🙂No, most of the time they won’t reverse it. However, remember that this will count towards your monthly limit of 750 points.
Since you made two transactions of ₹20,000 each, totaling ₹40,000. For this, you will earn 400 points.
You are now left with 350 points.
For the rest of the month, any transaction above ₹35,000 will not earn you any points.
It is scary as well, no dedicated customer support whatsoever. We have to escalate it through other channels. Thanks for the Insight! I don't have any more credit card bills to pay for the month 🙂
Using Unipay is advantageous when transaction fails in a way. You get 750 extra points for the hassle of waiting for the refund of failed bill payments.

For example, SBI allows you to edit the amount and you can pay it multiple times without any issues.
However, HDFC doesn't let you pay any excess amount.
You can edit the amount in all the websites, but you cannot pay it multiple times. There are only few exceptions.

there's none!! i used quick pay, and after payment got "Request URL was Rejected", now if i go to transactions, it shows me last months transaction, and support hasn't even responded to my email since ThursdayIf you want to view transaction history on Unipay, follow the below steps:
Click on 3 lines top right corner of SBI Unipay website and then customer support.
Enter the mobile number you give for communication and you will see all the transactions and their status during last 6 months, you can also submit a complaint from there which generally gets a revert back from their support team.
