Does HDFC Ergo take AGVs as payment?

The only way to work with HDFC Ergo seems to be to pay via their website. Nothing else works correctly. They do not use BBPS or Payzapp (which is HDFC's own network). I will pay directly from their site 🙁

HDFC Ergo policy accept HDER Diners (all HDFC CCD's), I did paid 3 days ago.

Hello Friends and fellow Credit Card holders, if you hold an HDFC ERGO health insurance like me, and want to maximize rewards / cashback while paying the bill, them this post is for you. Happy Reading!

What happened: We all know the best way to get maximum rewards while paying the HDFC ERGO bill is if you use Amazon gift cards and pay the bill via Amazon Pay Wallet. The issue is you can not fetch your insurance bill using Amazon Pay due to an unknown error with the DOB issue.

What's the solution: Just Dial! Yes, the platform doesn't charge any convenience fee and you can pay the bill too! Just select the Amazon Pay Wallet option in the payment page and voilá! You would've gotten some really good rewards while paying your insurance bills!

What's the Catch: While Entering the details to fetch the bill, leave the DOB field empty, and proceed with the payment.

I tried through Just Dial. However it's charging me 1.6% Platform fee + GST on top of that

I tried tata neu app too.
The problem is none of the apps are able to get the premium/bill. Due date is 1-Nov.

then you're better off paying the bill directly on the website.

update :

To pay HDFC ergo premium using Amex cards or amazon pay balance mail cgo@hdfcergo.com stating you want to pay premium amount using Amex card only, they share razorpay link which supports them. Post transaction completion, mail them transaction reference number then company will share your policy copy.

I've personally paid 1 policy premium with Amex and another with amazon pay balance.

I had emailed them to send me Razorpay link to pay the premium. Got a prompt response.
I did KYC and shared them the Pehchaan ID.
Then, they sent a link, but this link had credit/debit/DinersCard/Netbanking/Paytm wallet options.
I asked again to send me Razorpay link or Amazon wallet option. They say both these are not supported 😞

No.
I first asked for Razorpay link. They sent a link, not of Razorpay, but it didn't have Amazon wallet.
Then I directly asked for Amazon Wallet, they denied.
Then I asked for Amex cc, they sent another link, but this link didn't have options for Amex card or Amazon wallet either.
So I had to pay using one of my other credit cards.

the link they shared is default which is reflected even in their own website.

You'll need to be firm in asking (sometimes not just once, might be you'll have to pester them ;P) : I want to pay using amex card only and mention them clearly stating the link provided by hdfc ergo doesn't support amex.
