Yeah, the website is very finicky; allow them some time; it's still very new.
It might take several months before they even consider looking into it and make things smoother!
Well you have to keep trying with retro claims as well until it becomes successful... That's how much of a bad state the website is in...

The website is acting up, but here is an update regarding Retroclaim.
You can retro-claim up to 90 days. Your all previous points will take up to 3 hours to reflect in the account. It will show some error or page will refresh automatically. Do not try to add the PNR again.
If you are using a Mobile App or Website, you get 150 bonus points for every trip(Single, Round Trip, Multicity), even with the same PNR.

I use my AADHAR for domestic flights and passport for international flights, the name on aadhar has my initials on my passport it is expanded.
This is definitely going to be a problem when earning BluChip points.

According to the IATA standards, the name on your Passport should be the name on your tickets, up to 23 characters. I recommend using your Passport Name, as this will also help you claim BluChip points when traveling internationally or trying to get points through Indigo's Codeshare or Partner airlines. You can still show your Aadhaar card as identity proof in India

I guess its not for redeeming but for buying addons at discount. For example a selected seat costs 200rs, you can get some disc. with these points.
