For me the on boarding app on banker's tab showed the IP of 3, 10 L respectively for select and wealth variants. So, his info might be outdated

I want to upgrade my IDFC regular savings account (MAB 25000) to wealth account. Can anyone tell me how I can upgrade without hefty funds like 10 lacs. I have heard people getting upgraded to wealth account with a minimum fund as low as 1 lac. What's the hack? Please suggest.

No in metros generally they ask for 10l in tier 2 and 3 cities they are relaxing it a bit I guess. I had enquired in Mumbai before and they were hell bent on 10l only but in my hometown I got it done for 5l

Free locker is a benefit which u get with wealth account. But giving that benefit is entirely at BMs level. He may ask for investments or deposits etc saying lockers are not available...that's the main problem as the lockers availability is not in public domain... regarding ur wealth dc check whether it's active or not... u should be able to get lounge access freely

Don't opt for ulip ever.
There is no big difference in select and wealth.

I can maintain the NRV, but unable to find any useful perk over and above IDFC Wealth program and DC to take the plunge.

Even one proper and tangible differentiated benefit can make people go for it. Right now there is none!

Correct !!! The DCs have reward rate difference for the first 50K only, over and above its the same 2.5%.
vis-a-vis of DC reward rate for online (excellent for cc bills and tax payments) on the 50K monthly spend.


IDFC Select - 3X = 0.5% = 250 INR
IDFC Wealth - 4X = 0.67% = 330 INR
IDFC Private - 6X = 1.0% = 500 INR

So we are good with even select as the...

They have already sent the consent link saying that I cannot cancel the process .Consent link was sent before making the Icici Pru Gold payment.So will there be any problem occur if I cancel?

Please call customer care and close this on the call itself.
Tell them your father/mother/brother/sister/wife/girlfriend kicked you out of your house for taking this plan.

Wealth debit card has started showing in the App,wealth is started showing in the rewards portal, and welcome mail arrived for wealth program .He said if I cancel the policy,wealth would be cancelled .Can I cancel the plan and retain wealth?
