For me the on boarding app on banker's tab showed the IP of 3, 10 L respectively for select and wealth variants. So, his info might be outdated

I want to upgrade my IDFC regular savings account (MAB 25000) to wealth account. Can anyone tell me how I can upgrade without hefty funds like 10 lacs. I have heard people getting upgraded to wealth account with a minimum fund as low as 1 lac. What's the hack? Please suggest.

I converted to Wealth account with 10L in savings. I was promised free locker but on asking they asked me to deposit more amount which I refused! My wealth atm card rejected at airport lounge!!! Then what is the use of this account? I regret now and they are not allowing me to downgrade and if I withdraw the amt then I get pressure calls! Don't fall for their trap.

No in metros generally they ask for 10l in tier 2 and 3 cities they are relaxing it a bit I guess. I had enquired in Mumbai before and they were hell bent on 10l only but in my hometown I got it done for 5l

Free locker is a benefit which u get with wealth account. But giving that benefit is entirely at BMs level. He may ask for investments or deposits etc saying lockers are not available...that's the main problem as the lockers availability is not in public domain... regarding ur wealth dc check whether it's active or not... u should be able to get lounge access freely
