Is it month end (30th/31st) or bill generation date ? Also how does an unsecured BOB OneCard appear on CIBIL ?

I dont have a cibil score yet, So I applied for Lazypay and got 3k as credit limit. I'm wondering if I keep paying through it and instantly pay the outstanding in advance, will it help me build a cibil or not? If not what should I do to generate the cibil? As I don't want to miss any payments...
