hdfc account

Since new update of HDFC mobile app, they have introduced a new level by adding sms verification but I am unable to proceed ahead as every time my SMS verification fails. I am using Samsung's handset,if anybody else also facing it kindly inform and also if you know the solution.

I was in the process of opening an HDFC account online and on the page where the customer has to select an account type, I saw this: What does Annual Maintenance Charge exactly mean here? I looked it up and it probably means the annual fees of the debit card, but I still am not completely sure...

Its been 5 days of my account opening but it's still showing pending and still all transactions functions are working properly
