What i am asking is :
Does each and every card of yours has either 0 or negative balance as on last reporting date??

Yes though I missed my due date in AMEX gold by a couple of days due to bank error. Amex didn't report the delay though apparently.

Okay..
In that case, whenever you have even a one rupee outstanding in anyone account as on the next reporting dates then your score will drop by around 10 points

I used to have similar score when I had only secured card. Even had score more than 800. After I got unsecured cards, it's been moving between 775 to 789.

My Score Swings 770 to 779
When i used the tha card to 5k and bill generated score went 772 when I pay back and on my next bill outstanding is zero score went to 779.

No. It's in the CRED app.
