i think privilege banking(individual) & privilege 360 family account are different. you should ask for upgrade to ur rm, i think
If you got that account while opening Amazon pay ICICI credit card, then it is 0 balance. My spouse also got the same thing. Confirmed with customer care also. + Seen in iMobile app MAB = 0.
It's Previlege variant. Have rupay platinum debit card as well. (Yet to confirm if the card is chargeable)

I had saving account with bank before i got credit card. Checked in app it says unable to check MAB.

Login to NetBanking using web browser and check. (Sorry i don't know which page it appears)

I have 0 MAB Balance (Confirmed By Customer Care) . I was also shown the same. So most probably it's zero bal for you. But get it confirmed from CC

ask customer card/rm, as far as i know dividual privilege is different from privilege 360 .. u need to upgrade to privilege 360 for 0amb
My icici account is 0 MAB currently first it was regular account I asked my branch to convert it to zero balance luckily the woman behind the desk was kind and she willing without any effort on my side and funding or anything got my account 0 MAB🥳 coral CC 2.4L and 9 L BL but yes so I think it’s more of how helpful the person behind the desk is feeling

Is it a normal account or privileged one?
May be a year ago it’s privilege as it’s written on NB
Also I have asked them to upgrade to wealth management few days back let’s see how it goes

Hi, this is not related to ICICI account, but recently my brother received his Rubyx dual variant card, which was offered as LTF.
Today, he received a call where the person mentioned that he has to pay ₹3,500 because some "Moto services" are activated on his card, which we didn’t opt for. We also noticed that the card was shown as LTF during the application process.
is it spam or does ICICI activate these type of services without our consent?

I’ve got a friendly tip for you. Avoid making any payment requests over the phone. If they try to charge you, it’ll show up on your card. If you’re in doubt, visit a branch instead. These scammers these days are super smart and can access all sorts of info. So, be extra careful and don’t let them trick you!

Ye scam hai bhai. Around 1 year back when I got sapphiro, the caller had all the information like basic identification details of me, card number. And he used the same line moto charges. And this type of call was quite common among the users who at that time applied for new credit cards from ICICI. Just disconnect and report on DND app, trai portal, Sarthi portal.
