1% Cashback returns on HDFC Platinum Debit Card

Hi Everyone
My axis card bill was scheduled for yesterday from HDFC smart pay, the amount got deducted around 6 am as usual it does, and received msg from HDFC Bank that your bill is paid, but this time I haven't received any confirmation from Axis Bank, the amount is still not reflecting in Axis card.
What should I do, my due date is 11 Dec for this.
Thanks!

If the amount could not reach the destination account, today HDFC will inform tou that the trxn has failed. You need to pay manually. Get prepared for that. HDFC will credit the debited amount later - it may even take a week or so.

In such a case, Axis bank will send you the received-SMS only after it gets the money n certainly not before that stage.

Thank You for your prompt reply, I have checked with HDFC Bank today, they are saying it is successful at their end, and it should be credited in your Axis Card within the maximum time limit that is 48 hours, if not that you can connect with us again and we will refund the amount in 3 working days.

Was testing whether we can load payzapp from e b i x when I tap add money under zap account section and enter amount and the card number from ebix I am getting stuck at this page
