2 cibil on one pan card (cibil error)

I know about different credit bureaus Experian ,cibil,highmark etc shows different credit score ,so my problem is i have 6 credit cards and my cibil report split into two first report - 4 cards available 2 missing ,. Second report 2missing card showing in report but not other 4 credit cards
First report - 1 hdfc card
2axis cards
1 sbi bpcl card

Second report -1 icici card
1 SBI simply click card


First credit report shows on every cibil partner website and official cibil website

Second report only shows on wishfin
I called cibil regarding this problem they are asking both report's control number but wishfin don't provide control number.
Any idea how to solve this problem
