4 NeuPass Tiers Introduced by TataNeu - Explorer, Insider, Elite, Legend

I am TNI holder and shows Legend Tier. It also shows i have been upgraded to Legend as Neucard Holder. Not sure how much i have spent though.

can you share the screen shot where it says that you have been "upgraded"

So what actually is the new Change in the Tata Neu Pass? Everything seems to be almost the same. Can someone enlighten?

My status is set to Legend based on spending. I don't have neu card.

There is 1 thing by I couldn't find in the terms, which is status expiration. For example when we check hotel and airline status, we know if I get to next tier, the upgrade to the tier is immediate but the downgrade check happens on status expiration.

In neupass section, it may be just below your name in top most card. For most folks, it seems to be set to 2nd Feb 2026.

I am on legend. As per my record (I maintain 100% personal accounts in tally) my total spend on BB/BBNow was 30K from Jan-24 to Jan-25 (13 mths) and another 3K on 1mg. So the 40K limit via TN was not met.
But I spent offline/online at Tata motors (14K), Titan (5K), Croma (18K) with same mobile no for which points were credited to my TN acct. Also spent about 60K for AIX via corporate site with same mobile for which also points were credited.

My Neu Pass is Insider. This benefit is not applicable for me.

I'm getting this benefit with IDFC First Wealth LTF card.

It was there.. now its gone. Maybe a bug then, I completed 40k though.

All orders from today are giving coins on the app as per the respective tier rates and not 5% flat!!

I think bb is not updated and shows the %earn rate as per the tier, however as per point 4 in this snapshot , Neu Infinity card holders will earn 5% on the app, irrespective of the tier they are in. So in all, will be 5%card+5%app.
Has anyone who has a infinity card bought something to check the %coins earned on the Neu app post this going live?

No, nothing to do with TNI holders be able to get both 5 % + 5%..
I am guessing, they were referring to the same thing by mentioning it twice. This 5% they were talking about was for Neu Card holder. They mistakenly mentioned 5% twice....

for Neu Pass tier still the respective earn rates will apply..

Just now tested..
getting 3% only for Elite tier for my big basket order, even though I am TNI holder...
