4 NeuPass Tiers Introduced by TataNeu - Explorer, Insider, Elite, Legend
I am on Elite as well. But if you look at the screenshot, it says you are earning 5% Neu coins because you are a Neu card holder and point 2 says additional 5% on paying by Neu infinity. Does this mean, if you have infinity card, you will continue to get 5% card + 5% app irrespective of the tier??

I am TNI holder and shows Legend Tier. It also shows i have been upgraded to Legend as Neucard Holder. Not sure how much i have spent though.

No, nothing to do with TNI holders be able to get both 5 % + 5%..
I am guessing, they were referring to the same thing by mentioning it twice. This 5% they were talking about was for Neu Card holder. They mistakenly mentioned 5% twice....
for Neu Pass tier still the respective earn rates will apply..
Just now tested..
getting 3% only for Elite tier for my big basket order, even though I am TNI holder...

As long as you've Neucard, you should get 5%, the levels are for non-card members.
(I'm seeing 5% on the charts)

Guys, look at 4th point. Does this mean Neu card holders are exempt from this new tier based rewards?
As I understand there are 2 parts:
For the app, there is tier system and we get cashback (2, 3 or 5%) based on tiers.
For card, I think the base reward is 1.5% and for tata brands is 5%.
Those who just use the app without card and they will get the app part's tier based benefits.
Those who use only the card without app, will get card's benefits.
Using TNI card on Neu app - we get both benefits.

This is not happening. Tried order on BigBasket and getting only 2% as I am on insider Tier. Looks like they will correct it soon. Their typo.

I think it means that if you use tata neu card for payment then you will get 5% neu coins irrespective of your tier. But if some other card is used then neu coin earn rate will be as per tier varient.

I have 30k spends in less than 6 months but I have to sit on elite and lose 2% for next 10k spends.
This neu pass tier hit me sooner.
Could be. Will get more clarity once others also see this.

To add to this, I also found this in my Neu pass screen
So, apparently Neucard holders should still receive 5% from neu pass.
