Note - If you're going to use multiple accounts, just make sure to use seperate device for each account. Bigbasket will block your account permanently if they detect multiple logins from the same device.

I just have one account, but I think I should hold for a month and see if they start to give 10%. Now with the new tier system, will also need to see what other TnC they change.

Clarification on the Highest Tier (Legend)​

From various discussions on TF, I had understood that the highest tier, Legend, would be automatically granted to Neu Card Infinity holders. However, that’s not the case.
I just spoke with Neu customer care, and they confirmed:

The Legend tier will not be automatically assigned to Neu Card Infinity holders.​

  • Tier eligibility will be purely based on spending over the past 365 days.
  • Neu Card holders will still receive the 5% cashback benefit.
  • All NeuPass members, cardholders or not, must meet spending criteria to qualify for different tiers.

Are you saying that Tata Neu CC holder will continue to earn 5%+5% = 10% neucoins ?? What will be the use of neupass then?

Tata Neu infinity will get the 5% cashback (for having the card) + x% cashback based on NeuPass Tier level

The base tier (explorer) will get you 1%
And so on

Offical tiers haven't been declared yet (wait till tomorrow).
People who spend a predefined amount on Tata Neu in the last 365 days will fall in different tiers.
The x% cashback (upto 5%) will be on basis of tier you're in.

This is a clear devaluation of the credit card. They should not be selling it saying 10% cashback then. As 5% based on a tier can be earned even without the Tata neu CC.
Also spending 1500 as annuall charge for that useless card is waste of money.

Total eligible amt is 750 only coz i have paid rest amt via neu coins.
And yes if u ignore pay day then i would have received 37.5 only.

I am on elite tier and this tier system is valid for one year, it seems

and for tier calculation, spends for the last 365 days count..
My tier was determined as on 02 Feb 2025 and it is valid until 02 Feb 2026 as of now...
