It's not just for TNI holders. I'm a TNP holder, yet I too see the same message.

Right, that's why I asked if anyone has bought anything post the launch to actually verify what we are getting..
It's possible that they have not update the TnC, so a saved screenshot has a case to fight to get 5% and not 3% till I reach Legend.

Tata neu officially totally confused itself and confusing us as well..

1)
It actually says 5% + 5% at some places...for TNI holders..( I ama TNI holder, not sure about TNP holders)

2) while ordering It says the reward rate for neupass tiers is according to tier stage ie 3% for elites ..

3) after the delivery , it actually credits 5% for Elite tier also even though at this place also it shows 3% for Elite guys..

Just now my bb order got delivered, got 5% being an Elite holder , even though it says 3%.. totally confusing...

Did you use TNI for this txn or any other CC?

If you used TNI then I think they would give NeuPass 5% only for txns done using NeuCard. Though no t&c says this.

But if you have done it using any other payment method then its great that neupass 5% is for all neucard holders unconditionally.

The only thing is as they are still developing it so they have not integrated this neucard & tier level system perfectly but have mentioned that "active neucard users will get 5%"

So technically if someone is having NeuCard and Legend both then legend is only beneficial for 2x on birthday and some useless coupons & benefits.

Let's hope it stays this way, could be a glitch.

Legend is also good when there are better offers with other cards and for birthday. But unfortunately for me, the birthday card says expiry on 31st Dec 2025 and my birthday is in January.

Price and stock availability varies for item to item and day to day. I use BB/BBNow, instamart, FK 10 min, blinkit, Amz fresh and zepto, depending on item availability at the particular time and whichever is cheapest after applying offers and cashbacks.

No. Actually Swiggy is lesser price than Big Basket.

the prices keep on fluctuating. I used to order from Amazon regularly when it had flat 10% discounts on HDFC first and then SBI and AXIS. Now, Amazon keeps different categories for discounts meaning the minimum value cannot be reached unless one order atleast 6-10K worth of groceries (atleast that happened in my case). for e.g. shampoo and cosmetics require 5000rs minimum purchase while food items require 2500rs minimum purchase but both cannot be combined. I did lose out on 10% cashback due to this on a couple occassions.

Big basket was expensive for some items but turned out to be cheaper overall.

We hardly use blinkit or Swiggy Instamart unless theres a good offer on few items.

This twitter post is correct. @SSV has gotten 5% on BB even though NOT Neu legend. Mine is showing 5%, order to be delivered tomorrow.

I will moderate any more speculation. One now will need to prove that they got less even after holding NeuCard.

No, nothing to do with TNI holders be able to get both 5 % + 5%..
I am guessing, they were referring to the same thing by mentioning it twice. This 5% they were talking about was for Neu Card holder. They mistakenly mentioned 5% twice....

for Neu Pass tier still the respective earn rates will apply..

I guess I was told wrong by the customer care then 😁
They had told me that card holders won't automatically be in the legend category. Seems like their customer care team needs more knowledge sessions 😁
