5th Request to Convert Tata NeuPlus LTF declined.

As I written in the Title. They rejected my 5th Request to Covert Tata Neu Plus LTF. May be I have to cancel it in the future.

In my case in July they made my regalia gold as well as tata neu infinity both ltf on the same day and on first attempt

May be you are special customer? Prior relationship?

Man...I would hate to have a job at HDFC handling these emails from customers asking for LTF conversions and upgrades to Infinia 😓

Nope! I never had any prior relationship with HDFC

so chances are pretty thin in my opinion 🙂

I don't know, I am having just a basic savings account then upgraded to zero balance salary account. Earlier they upgraded to classic but I mailed them to remove my RM then they downgraded it to standard and from then I am not keeping more than 5k in it.

Mine is first time with spend 4.87 lakhs done in 4 months but without limit of 5 lakhs.

Same for me. 3 times rejected. Maybe before the fee payment time I am thinking to close this card and re-apply again after cooling off period so that I might get it LTF.
Sad part is both Neu Infinity and Swiggy are paid cards for me.
I'm meeting the spend waiver limits on both cards (2L + 3L yearly), but still getting it LTF is something else.

More sad part is HDFC is providing both the card as LTF offer before 31 Dec. And new applicants are getting it free while we old customers have to keep Paid cards.

Think thoroughly and upgrade. Its really hard to get ltf once lost.
If u can spend 8L the only take dcb
