5x Travel Edge Points for Axis Magnus

Hi,

I recently did a hotel booking on travel edge portal through my Magnus card. I received normal points and not 5x points for the transaction.

This is a normal feature of Magnus so ideally they shouldn't post these points after 90-120 days is what I assume. I have emailed them waiting for response. Does anyone know when they credit rest of the points or is it bug?

Also, is there a limit on transaction or per month 5x points in travel edge? I found this article but there is nothing concrete here as well. https://www.technofino.in/community...n-traveledge-for-axis-magnus.2510/#post-48173

Update :

1. I have received the points for this order after escalating. For orders post that through travel edge portal, I started getting points automatically within ~10 days. I tried all the three, Hotel, Flight & Experiences.
2. I have received 6060 points for a single order for travel edge 5x (1212+4848). So I don't think there is any limit on travel edge orders.

1st transaction on TravelEdge using magnus earned 5X points

but 2nd transaction .... it's been 13 days but the balance 4X points not credited yet ....

It takes around 15 to 30 days for travel edge 4x to be credited

Will credit in a month's time. Always does. Most of the balance 4x specifically for Vernost will credit in the last 4-5 days of a month or within 1-4 days of next month. This is applicable for all txns done 3-4 days before those dates. Have been seeing this over a couple of months now. No need to complain to CC. You'll get this by this month end latest.

same for me.. customer care asked me to wait for 12 working days.. but can’t understand why even regular 1x is not being credited which is happening for all other transactions

12 working days for 1x or for whole 5x? For my 6 Feb txn, got 1x in 2-3 days & now 12 working days are almost over so let's see.. 2 more txns on 11 & 16 Feb but didn't get 1x while other newer txns have got the points.

I did Flight bookings on 12th & 15th of Feb .... but 1X .. 5X ... nothing received .... M sure it should come by end of this week

6k is per transaction max limit for single payment
For travel edge in magnus card right now no limit on overall bookings per month

No there is no limit
You will get 5x on 5 lakh
1x first as base and then 4x in 15-30 days

Max 12 working days for 1x.. bal 4x max days are much higher but u generally get in 20-25 days.. my transaction was on feb 7 so looks like some issue from that date only

Ok, well the wait carries on. Do update if you get your points credited will do so from my end as well.
