Is the PIN for Kotak 811 Super debit card (VISA Platinum) is 4 digits or 6 digits? I am able to set the pin only in 6 digits (in both the apps and also in netbanking) whereas the POS terminals are showing only 4 digits when I am using offline. Need some help.

All pins are 6 digits in Kotak. Did you try entering 6 digits in the POS machine?
If the transaction amount is less than 5000 then you can also use tap to pay.
 
yes, u get virtual & Physical DC & cheque book by default, no need to apply separately

i just applied for 811 Super
i didn't get any emails about it nor did i do a physical KYC. i had also opened 811 online few months ago.
i got the 811 Super banner in the app.
i couldn't load money via dc, even after switching phones🥲
so i put my SIM in dad's phone and loaded 5k from my dad's GPay.
my account was instantly upgraded to 811 Super with a sleek animation. the app icon was also changed 🔥
it still shows the old virtual DC, but i will get the new one after few days ig.
(i didn't have a physical DC before).
and i am getting a cheque book as well which i absolutely don't need 😶

Anyone having same issue like me ?

The issue is i am having kotak 811 account from 2017, recently in my office the corporate salary account guys can and they suggested me to open salary account with them which was privy neon, i hot 2k amazon voucher too, then after 2 months of salary credit i closed the account and shifted back to hdfc. Currently i hold only kotak 811 account and using the 811 app but whenever i am trying to upgrade to kotak 811 super i am getting error classification not eligible for super. As per customer care my customer classification is privy, i even get privy logo in net banking. But visited to nearby branches they have no clue what to do. I said sir your account is already 811, what to downgrade, 2nd branch lady said we can't downgrade ,only your rm can downgrade. 😴😴😴 So basically i feel like can't upgrade to 811 super ever 😅

You are not eligible and there is no fix for that.

Answer: Kotak knows, not us.
