A new term courtesy of HDFC: "Pre-eligible"

HDFC Whatsapped me this message today. I have heard of pre-approved and pre-qualified before, but pre-eligible is something new for me. What does it mean? Is it same as as pre-approved?

in offers section showed 3,4 tabs for cc offer

But these are paid useless cards, wait for some more time.. and also these are business cards..change your profile to salaried and then you will get normal cards offer. Don't rush to get hdfc cards, you will regret it later
