Thats fine, even i could not use points during booking.
I called up/email hotel and told them that i want to book but would be settling it via points during checkout,they gave confirmation that their accept has this feature,thats it. Just book then and pay during checkout. Don't forget to mention them during checking and whil settlement and invoice

Can I pay other expenses like lunch and dinner at hotel also via accor points?

What is I get it delivered in EU area? I am planning to visit Europe in coming months for 2 weeks. So I can try to book 5-7 days before travel and get the delivery in Europe(it says 14 calendar days for delivery).

I tried to book for an ibis to the next Wednesday and attached the SS is it mean that my 8k points worth just 3600/-?

You check from where it's shipped. Most of the products that I checked is getting shipped from EU.

Hope, only one option in website, i.e. shipping is only from Netherlands to around world. Only delivery country option is there to change.
