Accor website not working, I have a checkin tomorrow and want to redeem my points. Totally relying on Points as the booking is of around a lakh. The hotel confirmed that I can settle my bill using the points, but incase the server is down due to accor network, I am a little bit worried as I am not in a capacity to pay a bill of 1 lakh upfront.

It’s a big bug in points payments at hotel
It happened to me once in ITC fortune property they said site down and otp can’t be sent so I paid by card and checkout
It’s one day stay 8k bill so managed with card

Same question can we only have lunch and dinner and pay only that with accor points.

Yes a known property to me ibis has confirmed the same with out stay also we can use points for f&b

Yep, it's free, at least for jio. I did one hotel booking 2 days back over call to pay total amount including taxes via points.

I think it's accor number. Hotel number can be outside ISD.

For accor, call their reservation desk, just tell the hotel name, and tell them to use all your points. They will happily book it.

Oh, nice let me try transferring to the older number and see if that works.

We did the same - same account got upgraded but in my case new number kept on failing.

He was having issue with transferring points from edge to accor due to change in membership id after silver upgrade.

Hope accor guys have fixed the problem they took 48 hrs downtime last 2 days
User can try now transferring
