Aeronpay credit card bill payment issue

So, I paid credit card bill payment from a second credit card on aeronpay on 22nd Jan 2024. As there was no convince fee.

So as usual fom aeronpay, bill payment not received.
I paid total 4 bills, one of them was from RBL card to same rbl card.

it's been 4 day. I read that if bill pay fails they refund to aeronpay ecash wallet .
My total amount is approx 4L
I also read paying from ecash also fails a lot.
Good thing is my bill of cc just generated so I got more than 1 months of time.

what if I file chargeback on cc, can I get money back this way?
my aeron pay acct is full kyc.

I think we will get the money. It's just taking some time. If they send a payment they msg us mentioning transaction I'd and all. If they don't send payment then just tell we r working on it.
Worst company ever. Did u file chargeback yet?

For the last Two months they always say checking on it. Today morning, I've raised a grievance redressal in NCH. Surprisingly Aeronpay refunded 4 transaction totalling ₹56k to E-wallet after 3 hrs and mailed apology. I'm planning to hold with the complaint for the financial loss due to money stuck for 2 months.

Same thing they did first time but 2nd time they are not caring the grievance. Although the last txn says refunded but I don't see the refund amount in ecash. Where did they refund bcoz that bill was paid from ecash.

Also I noticed that last bill suddenly changed the cc numbers and txn I'd.

Bro jab Tak paise aeronpay ke paas hai jab tak, kuch theek ni hai... Refund to mera bhi 4 ko hi aagay tha bill bhi pay Kiya bt abhi Tak Mila ni... Transaction bhi gayab kr rakhi hai unho ne

NCH Complaint » Consumer court. I heard that existing case in NCH can be transferred. In NCH an option E daakhil complaint can be raised. Anyone knows the difference between this and normal grievance redressal?

What I know is,after normal grievance doesn't work and company doesn't reply to that normal grievance or doesn't fix the issue ,they tell to file a case to consumer court. That grievance gonna carry on and can be used against the company and gonna work in ur favour. In the consumer court then if they found guilty then the company will be ordered to pay that amount with compensation money.
If they doesn't show up during hearing a FIR will be filed and ceo of the company will be arrested if he hasn't fly off the country yet.

Made a huge mistake paying 4L amount of money from AERONPAY

Today I got refund in ecash wallet and paid cc bill..haven't got yet.
I really don't think aeronpay is fraud.just taking huge time.
They really care about grievance complaint.
Grievance max time 40 days when time closing they take action.
Good luck guys
