Devaluation Airtel app levying usage fee on utility payments on Airtel Axis credit card

They didn't change credit card benefits. Airtel app is asking utility charges.
I do realise that, that's the technicality they can get away with
But "they didn't change the card benefits" card benefit 10% on utility bill payments and you're not longer getting an effective 10% back, that is a change in all regards
But people will defend airtel because of technicality loopholes instead of calling it out and having these loopholes be part of the 30 day clause

Absolutely agree, you are not getting an effective 10% or 25% cashback. If you check the cashback breakup carefully, you would see that if your cashback amount is in fractions, Axis bank rounds down the figure even if the value is greater than 0.5p.

For eg. if say your bill value is 847.87, then you will be given Rs. 211 as cashback instead of Rs. 211.96. Same thing happens for other utility payments as well. The 0.96p amount in itself might seem trivial, but when this is done for all Axis bank's customers, the same figure snowballs into a huge amount.
