Airtel Axis Bank Card less Cashback

I have recently taken Axis Airtel credit card
In 1st month statement I have spent 2200 on bigbasket through Tata Neu and 2000 on swiggy and rest 4000 on others including Goibibo
.
Still the cashback amount is only 319
It should be around 450 rs
.
Tried reaching axis bank support but its very difficult due to 1860 chargebale numbers and 1800 number not connecting..
.
Dropped a mail also but only automated response I have received..
.
Can anyone guide me whats the Issue and what should I do???

Yes if it is mastercard

I have pre approved offers that has Neo card with 0 fees. But it is not showing whether it is Visa or Mastercard.

But if i apply on axis credit card portal, it is showing NEO Mastercard with 0 fees.

I don't know what to do but i want BOGO offer.

May be Paytm is considering First 8 digits instead of First 6 digits.

Axis easy change kr dega kya ?

I had 4 Axis cards and wanted an Axis Rupay card, but it wasn't possible to apply for a new card with 4 cards already. So, I emailed the PNO and MD to change the card network of My Zone from LTF VISA to LTF Rupay, but they denied my request.

I registered a complaint with the RBI Banking Ombudsman, and after 3 months, they changed my card network to Rupay LTF.
