Airtel Axis Bank Card less Cashback

I have recently taken Axis Airtel credit card
In 1st month statement I have spent 2200 on bigbasket through Tata Neu and 2000 on swiggy and rest 4000 on others including Goibibo
.
Still the cashback amount is only 319
It should be around 450 rs
.
Tried reaching axis bank support but its very difficult due to 1860 chargebale numbers and 1800 number not connecting..
.
Dropped a mail also but only automated response I have received..
.
Can anyone guide me whats the Issue and what should I do???

In my case they credited diff after 2 mths
but stopped using this card for swiggy after that. just sticking to loading GV at discount and using them.

I'll demand the right cashback for me. Hdfc is best in providing right cashback

Guys don’t forget in axis Airtel you get cash back of previous month before the generation of current month statement and not the current month

as I received only 31 cashback but for December-Jan cycle it must be close to 400.



Thank you !! verified for previous cycle I did only 1 transaction of 311 rupees and 10% of that will be 31.
This card still offers much value that most !!

Make sure you get BUNDL TECHNOLOGIES merchant name. Not "swiggy.in" or "Bundl technologies".

Now we're getting different merchant name "BIG BASKET". This isn't giving cashback afaik

I am also facing the same as per the spending, i am supposed to get around 540 rs cashback, but have only got 305rs.
