Airtel axis card application issue

I'm trying to apply for Airtel axis card via Airtel thanks app, but it is showing error to recheck application due to incorrect details.
while I checked the details many times, all were correct.
only thing is I already have a Axis Flipkart card issued linked to second mobile number.

can one else faced similar issue?

They say after 6months of rejection you can apply.

But ideally after 3months from the last card obtained is fine, as no body checks when the last rejection happened but when the last card obtained when you apply Online.

That's how I got the Airtel but my Samsung got rejected in Dec (<90days), waited and applied and it worked. So far progressing in a positive way. Waiting to save 300 on my Airtel upcoming payment and 300 on my Utility payment 🙂

for already flipkart axis card user. during airtel axis card reapplying with alternate number 3 months after rejection of airtel axis card . should we have to put same earlier email id which is present on flipakrt axis and earlier rejected airtel axis application or new email with new alternate number?

Logically you can try with another email as well, since phone number you are applying itself is different.

Keep in mind that all your existing card DATA with AXIS will be updated with this new INFO you provided, thinking this is the updated info for across the platform.

They go by your PAN number/Aadhar number from wherever you are applying from.

thank you for reply. actually i already applied flipkart axis card in dec 22 and it was approved and i got that. and in jan 23 i have applied axis airtel , all vkyc and all done successfully but axis rejected my application after 2 days i got email from axis with this attachment that "We have reviewed your card application and as per our internal policy we cannot process your request at this stage with attached pdf contain:(Thank you for applying for an Axis Bank Credit card. As per our records, you have availed another credit card with the bank recently and hence basis bank's policy norms, we regret our inability to process this application.) " which i have attached the screenshot .
can you please suggest me
1.should i apply again airtel axis card after >90 days i.e in May 23 with different mobile number?
2.also should i use same old email id with new ph number or apply with new email id?
3.what are the chances of approval when apply after 3 months of last rejection of airtel axis card application . (one approved axis flipkart card got 4 months ago)?
4.what is axis credit card cooling period?

What I understood from forum other users and my experience is that they don't consider last rejection date(as it was rejected due to last card obtained <3months and not some credit issue).

Meaning, from Dec date(last card got successfully) you can count 3months and reapply for the airtel card from your alternate number.

This was my personal experience, my samsung card rejected in Dec stating I obtained <3months back or so. Then I waited for 3months from the last card obtained, for Airtel in Jan which went through seamlessly as they didn't check the dec one rather the initial last one obtained/approved timeline gap.

On a side note, cards applied offline doesn't need this 90days cooling period but airtel card can be obtained online. 🙂

Few lucky ones got it online as well within less than 3months, but you and me not.

i think airtel or axis store PAN number and doesn't consider reapplication after rejection for airtel axis credit card. whether you reapply from any other numbers or email or event after 3 months or 6 months

You should have recently applied with different mobile no and should have got rejected.

If that's the case it should throw this error.

yes, it doesn't allow reapplication from other number and old application phone account stuck after vkyc but axis already declined application. but airtel didn't remove from airtel app application page.
any solution for reapplication without throwing this error?

They rejected my Samsung infinite app for the 90 days criteria but I applied offline again in couple of days and was denied again. I’m not sure if it’s just their 90 day cooling off thing or the spike in number of recent credit card apps I have made within last 3 months which are more than 5.

in last applied airtel app with previous ph number . after more than 3 months still shows kyc completed status. airtel didn't reset application form after Rejection.

One thing I noticed, I tried 6-7 times from dad’s mobile app and my PAN number but no CIBIL hit has done. So don’t know what issue Airtel Axis is getting
