Airtel axis card application issue

I'm trying to apply for Airtel axis card via Airtel thanks app, but it is showing error to recheck application due to incorrect details.
while I checked the details many times, all were correct.
only thing is I already have a Axis Flipkart card issued linked to second mobile number.

can one else faced similar issue?

What is your current application status bro? My friend applied on 7 Feb and his Axis cc tracker updated today reflecting rejection of his application, but I applied on 6 Feb , Tracker still stuck on first step Application received.

Progressing it seems, got an SMS and email that it is approved and card delivery details will follow soon 🤞


Is this your 1st card or so with Axis if it is 1st card then it can be delayed, that's what I have seen when acquiring Myzone, they took more than a week ot 10days for me.

If there is any issue they will reject or put application on hold stating additional doc. Etc for sure.

So give some more time and see, but you can alwayd open a email with PNO once it is more than 72hrs asking for a status.

Yes details are correct as tried to apply 3-4 time from one number and

tried other way also from other members account. same issue.

Issue is u should have recently applied and got rejected.
Axis won't allow duplication. They find out using PAN.

Recently applied but approved that too Axis Ace not airtel.

I have applied on in Jan 2023 around 3-5 Jan and approved.

Even i face same error
2 months before i have applied for airtel card with two alternate nos back to back. both got rejected. Now trying with third alternate no. Now it's showing incorrect information. Recheck the application.

Online application rejection happens if you try to acquire a new card within 3months of the earlier card.

This restriction doesn't apply if you apply through CCare(allowed cards) or Offline through agents.

That's what I learnt when I got rejected for my earlier Samsung card application rejection,

Axis portal is very slow in updating actual status. Check on Axis Mobile app if the new card is visible to you or not.

You are in the right track, DO NOT WORRY, it is 99.99% done deal for sure.

You should be able to see the Airtel Master card in the Axis App in a day or so after this mobile update message 🙂

Yours is approved, you will get the approval SMS/email tomorrow, as it will be 72hrs for approval 7th vKYC to 10th is 3days.

As @Chaitanya-a said, tracker is slow, 1-day old status gets updated always.

If you received approved sms today then expect card delivery tracker email/sms in 2 days.
Forget that axis cc application tracker, it gets updated in 3-4 days. Keep checking sms and emails.

I applied for Ace on 30th Jan. Till now I can't track using their CC tracker and no SMS from Axis. It might be a bank problem.

So I got My Zone card on Nov 4th and Applied Airtel on dec 4th which got rejected. So now which applied first..Because I have planned to apply airtel card again.

They say after 6months of rejection you can apply.

But ideally after 3months from the last card obtained is fine, as no body checks when the last rejection happened but when the last card obtained when you apply Online.

That's how I got the Airtel but my Samsung got rejected in Dec (<90days), waited and applied and it worked. So far progressing in a positive way. Waiting to save 300 on my Airtel upcoming payment and 300 on my Utility payment 🙂

airtel thanks app is just messed up...card got delivered it still shows processing..but this case i think if u use the phone number of your existing axis card or your phone numbers linked to your pan there wont be any problems like these
