Regarding Airtel axis cashback

For airtel bill payment cashback, do I need to apply a coupon on Airtel app while paying or it will auto detect and give cashback on next cycle?

For bigbasket, is there a coupon while using this card or will it auto apply cashback later on?

Hey @Pothi I am facing an issue with the 'ALL OTHER ONLINE PAYMENTS' 1% cashback issue.
I should have got around 280 rupees for my other online spends but airtel isn't even considering it. Does writing to PNO at Axis help solve this issue. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

from what I know, each transaction entry in the statement pdf, has a column for cashback/reward points accumulated. Plz check email pdf statement.
Cashbacks are however credited after one statement cycle.

Airtel CC stmt never had such column. I am using since Apr-2022.

No confusion. I have both FK CC and Airtel CC.
Flipkart Axis stmt has a separate column to show txn wise cashback.
Airtel Axis stmt does not have separate txn wise column and only show total cashback for the period.

Me neither. From what I read, the standard wait time is 2 weeks.

My ICICI card was approved in about 2 hours after vKYC.

This is not true, atleast not for me.
My Airtel Axis card was received within 4 days of application, heck they even let me view the virtual card on the 2nd day. It was just as quick as AMEX card.


Could anyone confirm if we receive 10% cb for ACT Broadband payments too via Airtel thanks app?

Maximum you have to pay 1200 amount to get 300. I think that'll not be a problem
