People should then raise a complain with Axis bank support/PNO to improve it.No confusion. I have both FK CC and Airtel CC.
Flipkart Axis stmt has a separate column to show txn wise cashback.
Airtel Axis stmt does not have separate txn wise column and only show total cashback for the period.
Yes. However, total cashback credited across all segments in not always accurate. I happily accept whatever they give. Sometimes it is like 650 to 800 per month while other months it is as low as 200. Not worth the hassle to try and calculate and then raise a dispute. If I get say 8k cashback in a year or 9k, it's still quite good. They generally don't give any extra cashback on bill payments beyond the 300 for Airtel payments as they tend to club them together as Airtel. Big Basket and Zomato etc is mostly given but not for every transaction. So just use and enjoy whatever they provide.Does bigbasket purchase on tata neu app using this card give 10% cashback?

Postpaid plans are helpful if you want to pool in family in a single bill.Curious question, why you use postpaid?
Is it reimbursed by your employer/your own business.
IMHO postpaid plans are costlier than similar prepaid plans, and also you can save money further by recharging for year long prepaid plans (+get protection from price increase for an yr).
I have checked on the app it shows zero billed and nil due date, even asked cc they said bill not generated.Curious question, why you use postpaid?

Postpaid has its own use cases, particularly when when we are talking about a family with regular adults, senior citizens, teenagers/young adults all thrown into the mix, who may even be staying at 3 different States. The main advantage of postpaid family plan is data. There is no daily limit, entire data benefit can be shared seamlessly and any unused data gets carried forward to next month. Then there is also the convenience of not needing to remember recharge dates of multiple numbers and seamless roaming all over India incl J&K and NE. And Airtel never revise the plans of existing postpaid consumers, even if the plan is no longer available for new connections.Curious question, why you use postpaid?
