Airtel Axis Credit Card double CIBIL Enquiry Removal

I had recently applied for Airtel Axis Credit Card through Airtel App , application was approved and I received the card.
Upon checking the CIBIL Report , I discovered there were 2 enquiries made by Axis Bank on the application date.
I mailed PNO for the same and asked for removal of atleast one of the CIBIL enquiries.
Few days later I received a mail of apology and it said they would remove both the inquiries as they have no record of it.

It turned out to be happy moment for me.

They didn't accept my SBI home loans cibil report which is same as original cibil report. IIFL cibil report is completely different than original cibil report therefore I'm pretty they are not gonna accept it.

you can share axis bank cibil report, they wont deny it
if still denied, try again, some sensible pno will accept that eventually

They look for control ID. Of not they won't accept it. I think they removed my entries but need to refresh the report.

Thank you guys. Got double hit for Airtel card. Sent mail to pno and they removed both!!
