AIS & Credit Card Usage Notice

That days over.

Even Ac closed, data over that transactions will remain as usual, even that's not savings ac to ignore, it's currents account, so they will report the things.
Maybe they would but the probability will decrease to some extent. It's PNB afterall.

Closing the account is also a step towards rectifying the mistake and will bring back his peace of mind to some extent. It will also make sure that he doesn't repeat such activities in future.

I didn't guarantee that it won't be reported. I just advised him that it's a good decision anyway.
Also he doesn't have any other option but to wait.

My advice, Don't say lie over silly things.

So profit 448000, Anyway you won't pay any thing again as tax.

Loan ? Hand to hand loan ? As there were no bank records for loans (credit against your pan), you can be in sight of IT dept.

What your father got for you, they might take that.
Bhaiya 9 lakh gross salary han father ki ,9lakh +448000 is pe tax lagyga

Sorry if it is a noob or very basic question but can someone please explain from where this 8% figure is coming? Why CA asked for 8%? Is it just a random/usual average percentage he said for the profit or based on some calculation?

Update -
6-7 ca ke pass ghum aaya sab lag bhag 2 opinion de rhe h
1. Turnover ka 8% profit pe tax bhar do
2. Sare transaction ko loan ke hisab se bta do aur reward points ko income bta do.
Karu kya samjah he nahi aa rha ?

Koi experience one suggestion dijiye please
2nd opinion is best and advisable. Koi bhi achha and experienced CA ye hi kahega. 8% dikhana is not at all necessary.

A friend of ours has suggested :

1. Immediately close the bank account.
2. Surrender the credit card.
3. Do not do anymore such harkath.
4. Since it is only from 04/2023, compute the exact profit (or net income - in the eyes of Income Tax). Obtain PAN and submit ITR for this year 2023-2024.
5. Father - can file his own ITR in the normal manner.
6. WAIT FOR ONE YEAR OR TWO.
7. Extremely LOW chances of ITD/GSTD asking for further details.
8. In the unlikely event of that happening, ONLY THEN GO TO A TAX CONSULTANT.
9. Why go to a CA/Tax Consultant Now?
10. BEFORE DOING SUCH ADVENTURES - READ, UNDERSTAND N DO WITHOUT INVOLVING OTHERS. FAMILY OR RELATIVES OR FRIENDS.
