AIS & Credit Card Usage Notice

OK fine.

So you and your CA thinking to report cb in your father's itr ?

Your fathers Tax slab will be changed, managing itr is might be easy.

Suddenly made 56 lakh payments through Credit Card and showed an income increment of 60k ???

But what will your father will say, if it dept. People ask, did 56 lakh transactions for cashback be 60k ?

You crossed 40 lakh+ transactions just after opening an account .. individual current ac. What will say if anyone asks why you did this many transactions? ... for being a mediator for your father's cashback rotation?

Just do this following. Also discuss with your CA
Atleast your father can say, my son made transactions without my sense. Your below 21 only know, they will just warn you to not repeat. https://www.technofino.in/community/threads/ais-credit-card-usage-notice.17517/post-364810

My advice, Don't say lie over silly things.

So profit 448000, Anyway you won't pay any thing again as tax.

Loan ? Hand to hand loan ? As there were no bank records for loans (credit against your pan), you can be in sight of IT dept.

What your father got for you, they might take that.

OK your saying about your itr.

What about your father itr?

56 lakh transactions in your father credit card*

How you are going to justify this?

Just thinking to not say anything to your father?

I'm not in Supreme Leaders Category 🤣
Who said that you are Supreme Leader?

GuruDev for all Supreme Leaders. 🤣

Close your PNB Credit Card and Current Account. This will decrease the probability of reporting the transactions in AIS.
Closing the account will also save you from any upcoming problems and will bring back your peace of mind to some extent.

This is anyway a good decision.
Agar report hona rahega to hoga hi...lekin close karne se probability kam jarur ho jayegi

Baki jo karna h wo AIS me kuch Report hone ke baad sochna...avi kuch nahi kar skte

That days over.

Even Ac closed, data over that transactions will remain as usual, even that's not savings ac to ignore, it's currents account, so they will report the things.
