IBIS budget hotels are not participating in this offer and using the codes we are getting better offers then member offers and its a superb deal once you reach silver status.

Accor is such a pain in the ass when it comes to mattress runs, atleast in bangalore and pune.

Accor people informed me yesterday that if I renew on time my accor membership with 16250 then I will receive 30 status night and 2000 accor points. So it is another way to fast forward membership this year

We may wait for the offer but 7500 points are equal to approx 13500 rupees when used at accor hotels. HDFC may again give this option in July or some other time, or may not. This offer will give 20 status night.
Present offer on renewal seems better because 2000 reward points are equal to approx 3800 worth at accor, so you effectively pay 16250-3800= 12450 and you get 30 bonus night credited, taking you directly to gold status

Only problem is I need to wait for expiry to renew.
I cannot renew it before expiry
