Facing the same issue on different mobile. Different email and different phone number. Card is also new but I tried in two accounts created on my mobile which gave limit exceeded error

Were you able to use ? New No. / email / diff cc /ip

Also @Abhishek012 this 30K limit is for calendar month / 30 days or any other period

Cashback is generally credit post T+2 days.

Sometimes it takes an extra day. Check your total cashback haven't crossed 5k mark. If its already more than 3-4 days since transaction then call customer care and ask its mcc and cross check with excluded mcc list.

In SBI app under unbilled section check if transaction has been moved form in progress tab to settled tab. If the transaction is settled you should get the cashback if it is eligible

P.S - total cashback for this month is just 500 in total for the card till now. So no capping issue also

I don't want to use apay card. I want to use hdfc card actually, and don't want the pain of convinience. I have few LIC payments coming soon.

Can u load more than 1L via GV's on amazon and then pay a bill (if u have to) and post proof? That way we all can get assurance that all will be fine if we do that too.

So just now I made a payment of 2.5L HDFC Life insurance with AGV and I can confirm that it's still not charging any convenience fee. Same as last year.

So we can buy any number of AGV vouchers available, accumulate that amount, and pay the insurance without charges. But you can't do mixed payments. So you will need to pay the entire amount through AGV+Apay Balance.
