Amazon order No Product in the Package.

Ordered Mi mobile in amazon today it got delivered but there is no mobile available only mobile box and Tempered Glass available... Raised complaint via call to customer service...

Where to mail to get solutions quickly??!
Anyone knows mail id???

Customer care telling that investigation takes 3 days call us on 16th August..

If you raised the problem with Amazon then plz wait... If they give an unsatisfactory reply,

you have to file a case against them on the consumer court...(6 month).

They will give phone value+interest+litigation cost+harrasment fine from Amazon...

Hopefully it doesn't do that far..

Most probably seller did something wrong..

After @jack333 laughed on my messaged I just recalled that jeff had stepped down as CEO so the new mail to get your work done is ajassy@amazon.com

That email is pretty much active. Sure, Jeff was never the one to actually monitor it, but a couple of days back I needed to get something done quickly because the customer support had no clue what my issue was. Sent an email to that and got the reply very quickly.

No, don't even think about chargeback, unless you don't mind Amazon blocking you for good.

You'll need new device + new account + new email + new number

And chargebacks can take upto 2 years to settle if they are disputed from the merchant side.

I distinctly remember both stores existing concurrently! Now only Appario. Moreover, if I'm not mistaken, Appario mainly sells tech stuff. Cloudtail used to sell all sorts.
