Unka delivery nahi huwa tha...and Amazon customer executive promised from their end but it's not same in your case.

ordered samsung s21fe on 26 sept, on amazon app it is showing as shipped via delhivery with some tracking id, since 30th Sept shipment is not moving ahead from HYDERABAD(as per amazon app), tried checking tracking id on delhivery website but it is showing as invalid id, feeling something fishy is going on

Actually the thing is such 3rd party courier shipments in amazon moves differently. Firstly their own ATS dispatches it to a connecting warehouse/fulfilment centre, from there they book the courier (in your case Delhivery) and handed over to delhivery network. It happens automatically, you can check it on the box as well , there should be something written "handover at XXXX" or something similar. Until it's handed over to delhivery it'll show the error.

Nope, for FBA they do this . For seller fulfilled it's straight forward, directly through courier.
