hello today i opened American express website to apply credit card when I given all details website shown me you are eligible for American express card mrcc with 1.38 to 2.5 lakhs credit card limit without income documents.so i applied and after that i received kyc link.i am not a salaried or self employed can I do kyc will the card approved or not?

I never used amex & wanted to apply..

Online & Mall is good.
Haven't tried small shops

Apply only in a serviceable city.

Online and luxury or mid luxury hotels and dinning malls amex card is accepted but not in small shops or day to day hotels.regularly I use Amex cards for booking air tickets pay Bsnl mobile and landlines bills train tickets and hotels. Pubs also accept amex.

I also applied via referral link for AMEX MRCC card, for some reason when I click on "Start Video KYC" link on mail, it directly says Completed without doing actual KYC. What does that mean?

means you have done a VKYC for another card in the last 90 days... hence not required now...

Got it, my corporate green card was approved in May so maybe this one got auto-approved because of that.

Yes, VKYC completed.. not the card yet... It will get approved basis your credit profile in the eyes of Amex...
