For some they did doc collection twice or thrice then only approved card after a month

I got my card from login to in hand delivery flat 40 hours. Applied 5:00 PM, card was in hand at 9:00 am day after

Depends on case to case, if they want more due diligence then physical verification

I have applied done vkyc uploaded documents but still I'm receiving documents upload mail from amex since 3 days and each and every time I uploaded my payslips and bank statement. Why do they are doing like this?
