As I am a new kid on the block as far as AMEX is concerned, I have some questions about AMEX cards.. I will ask them later one by one in different posts...

First,

For the aspirants..:

Card Applied : MRCC Application:

Timelines:

Friday Evening : Applied and Provisionally apporved, immediate CIBIL Hit in the first step itself..
Friday Evening : Got VKYC email after an hour or so.. Vkyc succesfully done.. Aadhar number to verify thru digilocker and Original PAN to show.
Saturday Morning : Got a confirmation* call.. ( *call background and contents discussed in my next post )..
Monday Morning : Approval email

Documents needed:

No Income documents were asked / provided.. Asked for additional Identification document(Voter ID) in the VKYC email.
Uploaded Aadhar document instead...


Delivery:

AMEX CC confirmed that I would receive physical card within 3- 5 working days via our lovely "BlueDart" and tracking number will be provided as soon as
the card is dispatched...

Wednesday Evening: Received the Physical Card and Welcome Kit.

To complete the application process and receipt of the MRCC card:

this must have fee mentioned as 1000 FY and 4500 later on.
They do not send special documentation for referral based card applications.

Yes it does... How come they did this, I went thru referral link only... and my referre got the bonus reward points also... Strange..
I will talk to CC anyway after gathering some facts.

it will be as per referral fee rates only, just open a chat with them. ask / confirm about same and save a screen shot for reference for later

If you zoom into my attached SS, it is clearly saying 1,500 + 4,500 anyway.
