One question regarding renewal part, I got MRCC via referral link. In this case do we get any bonus points for paying renewal fee of 1500 +GST?
As without referral if someone pays renewal fee of 4500, they get 5000 bonus points mentioned on MRCC page (https://www.americanexpress.com/en-in/credit-cards/apply/personal/membership-rewards)

nothing as such . They are not offering any discounted or reduced fees on centurion

You get referral bonus after spending 5000 within 90 days. You get point immediately after spending 5000.

If you don't spend in 90 days, no bonus points

Thankfully wife planned an office dinner with her team yesterday so 13k spends done in a shot. Now have to split rest 7k in 3 shots through something else otherwise will buy Amazon vouchers via multiplier.
