Amex KYC issue

Hello, I need some expert advice here. I referred someone for Amex card and they were eligible as well. While the online KYC was in process, the applicant got confused with the current address and asked someone in the room for clarification. Because of this, the KYC got rejected as you shouldn’t be prompted during the KYC.
I am not sure if they will do the KYC again or if we need to apply again from scratch. Do we need to wait?

Hi @BestBanker, @anirban.choudhury Want to refer one of my freinds. He has Aadhar, & other OVD for hometown address which is not serviceble. He lives in NCR due to job.

My question - Des one need one of the OVDs with current communication address (NCR) while applying for a new card?
or we can just declare the current address and use OVD to prove Permanent (hometown) address?
