Amex plat travel not showing 4 lac milestone

It’s only showing 1.90 lac milestone
Not the 4 lac one

You will have to ask Amex to credit remaining bonus points. Can't understand why Amex did not make this process simple to credit it automatically without reaching the customer care through call or chat.

Go to View Activity Section in app. Both milestones are visit there.
