According to the list released, yes jaipur is serviceable, but pincode also matters. You can try....
If the address provided is reported in cibil and have address proof, then less chances of physical verf.

As you have old cibil profile with 10 credit cards already also with a good max limit, physical verification wont be needed in Amex.
If you are in a different city now and not matching with the one present in cibil records, then I would suggest to go with the cibil address only for smooth processing.
Card delivery communication address can be changed if you want your card to be delivered onto your current adreess which is not n proofs.
