Amex Reward Multiplier monthly limit for Amazon Pay devalued to 10k?

whichever way u understood, try to purchase and let us know if no issues next month (you won't get any issues this month for sure). Do not exceed mentioned limit on single card number, thats it.

Honestly,

- 4x1500 = 12 months = 72000
- 14000 = 6 months = 84000

which will give you, 21120 MR and fee waiver as a return % 4.47 (1MR=0.33)

and if spent on reward multiplier: 5.12%

to avoid all this trouble with 'Amzn purchases' use either SBI CB, HDFC Swiggy or Millennia for 5% cashback and peace of mind.

Sbi cb cc, no cb on education fee

No idea, my reply is about using MRCC to purchase through reward multiplier, which is where you want to spend. Or did amzn accept as a payment method for education fee and that is the reason you're trying to purchase over the limit offered by Reward multiplier?

Mostly Axis cards give points for education MCC code.
You have to go to Axis website and check the terms and conditions of each card.

Have already done Amazon Pay Wallet KYC and added my bank UPI there. While reading all these conversation in the last few days. I figured that I could add the Giftr Amazon card directly into the Amazon Pay wallet and I can then use to make payment anywhere. However, the Gift card balance gets added to Amazon Pay Balance and not the amazon pay wallet. Which makes it only available to purchase things on Amazon and not any other transaction. I cannot pay from Amazon Pay balance while scanning any QR code for payment. What will be the point of buying all these gift cards. Am I missing something here. Can someone guide or help in understanding how can I load Gift card bought from Giftr directly into Amazon pay wallet so I can use it to make various payments? TIA.

So the amazon pay wallet is different (works on amazon and wherever amazon pay is available as a mode of payment) than amazon wallet UPI (which is regular UPI which can be used to pay via WR codes etc.

You are buying Amazon Pay GC so you cannot use it for UPI payments or scan QR codes.

However, you can pay all sorts of bills, insurance, utilities etc. via Amazon pay and of course shop on Amazon as well.

You read wrong that it can been used only on Amazon portal... Many websites have collaborated with Amazon and accept payment from APay balance...
Uber, ola, netmeds, blinkit, etc etc... most of the websites accept it as payment method
