I am using AMEX MRCC credit card with LTF ( spending of 1.5L annually) with ~10L credit limit. Now I’m getting pre approved upgrade to platinum travel card is it good to upgrade?

I’m not an aggressive user or traveler… Most of my spends on shopping & utility payments .

If you can spend 4L annually on this card, go for it.
Utilities can be covered by using Apay vouchers. Plat travel also give 3x rewards on reward multiplier.
