Any Axis Bank agent and help me get a card from Axis Bank

From 2022 March I have been trying to get Axis Bank credit card based on card to card process
But each time my application got rejected and the reason they said was they don't do card to card basis.

Even though I have a savings account with Axis Bank I was not offered any sorts of preapproved credit card

Till date I have tried around 22 times as I kept getting conflicting information from the agents and as well as from head office

I am thinking of giving a last chance with Axis Bank with the help of this community if not I have decided to close my Axis bank account as it is not useful for me

They just keep saying we will get back or it's in process then few weeks after they said it's rejected due to internal policies

Did your credit card agent filled the form in front of you in his tab?
Did he/she asked your customer id, took photo of salary slip, id card, kyc documents etc?

Not sure he did infront of me but he took all the required documents since i requested c2c using Amazon pay icici card

You have applied 22 times from March ? if yes please stop applying for next 6 months at least. Every bank will reject because of high CIBIL enquiry. Please check your CIBIL score once

Visit branch and ask him/her to fill the form and upload everything in front of you.

Axis branch is the worst i ever visited they don't care much about it other than cash deposit because another axis branch is just few meters away like max 50m so the branch where i opened account only looks to get higher cash inflow than the other branch

I wil give 1 more try

Yes they provide all those stuff but just to get yes or no they keep saying it's in process for almost 20 to 40 days and say it's rejected due to internal policies

You have applied 22 times from March ? if yes please stop applying for next 6 months at least. Every bank will reject because of high CIBIL enquiry. Please check your CIBIL score once

I am from Chennai and i am a account holder since 2016 and axis was my primary account since they didn't provide any pre-approved offer i migrated my primary account to HDFC in mid 2022

But i still have savings account with minimum balance with them. Planing on closing it if i did not get any card this time

Yes i do before each request and i have never been lower than 750

Try Axis Flipkart or Airtel card if you have invitation. They're easier to get in my opinion.

I tried
Axis Bank Flipkart
Axis Bank Airtel
Axis Bank MyZone
Axis Bank REWARDS

but all of them got rejected.
