Anyone can confirm that they stopped received SBI cashback on flipkart?

I did multiple trasactions on Flipkart using SBI Cashback Card during BBD. One of the orders of 18K did not get cashback so I raised it with SBI, they are saying the MCC used is 5942 which is of School & Educational Services which is not eligible. The merchant name in statement is "Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore (IN)". I then raised it to pno and provided the invoices for the order, they are investingating it now & will update by 11 Nov. Flipkart is scamming customers & banks by using MCC which has lower MDR and applying random charges on all payments. They have also started to apply payment processing fee now.

Any update brother?

Can someone please update. I too purchased a product. upon checking with SBI team, they said it was under education MCC services. Flipkart is sayingthey can't do anything. Please suggest

I sent a basic email to this email address, just attaching details from SBI about incorrect MCC.
Got a call 2-3 days later, person said its seller's fault, and he will talk to the seller. Put me on hold for 2 minutes, said seller agreed to provide 1000rs flipkart gift card for the issue, not more. (my cashback might've been around 200rs more, didn't waste time arguing for that, its usually useless to waste time on flopkart).

Can you please share the exact mail either here or in DM.

Awesome. For me they gave me 2 options - take cashback amount into bank account or flipkart gift card. I asked for bank account transfer and shared the details. They called a few hours later and started telling that it was a mistake from their side to offer compensation. They are telling they have used the correct MCC Code and its SBI fault. I asked for written mail but in mail they are not stating this explicitly and vaguely telling that the code is correct and random bullshit. I have escalated this to SBI PNO, NPCI & VISA. Let's see what happens next.

Can you please share the email ids of all three Sbi, npci and visa. and email which you sent?

Looks like it's based on luck. In my case, I'm not sure what helped but they approved my cashback
