Anyone here with a new add on Infinia which has a different card number?

Is there anyone here with a new add on Infinia card that has a different number than the primary? Can you share a censored picture of their statement? I want to see how the spends and points earned on the add on card are displayed in the statement generated for the primary holder

update: received card with new number, pp. expiry same as primary but number, cvv different.

addon card settings, pin can be set using mycards of primary (dropdown select addon).

addon holder mobile or netbanking doesn't have any information about this card. not sure about addon mycards, didnt checked.

They can only set limits within the limit that primary has set

I am facing a very peculiar problem, hdfc is issuing card with double name surname printed where as on priority pass it is fine, do anyone else having same issue.
