Anyone here with a new add on Infinia which has a different card number?

Is there anyone here with a new add on Infinia card that has a different number than the primary? Can you share a censored picture of their statement? I want to see how the spends and points earned on the add on card are displayed in the statement generated for the primary holder
 
Any charges for Add-On card replacement for Infinia/DCB? I assume it shall be None but just confirming.
New Add-On are always free but not sure about replacement of existing Add-Ons.
 
Today I got add on for my wife with a different number. Closed previous add on (with same number) by calling customer care and raised a fresh request from net banking.
I did the same today, got new cards issued through customer care for both the cards I have as primary.
 
Cancel the existing addon and apply afresh
Simply call the customer care and tell them you want a new add-on card with different card number. They will cancel the existing add-on card and apply for the new one at the same time. Card is delivered within 2-3 working days (depending upon your location).
I did recently.
One should have to mention Add card member HDFC cudtomer Id. Otherwise one should apply offline.

Called but received a response that

- They'll cancel the card first.
- After 2 days, even add-on holder already have HDFC account, have to visit branch since add-on applying to same person after cancel.

Do I have to try another agent or is it same process?

I was told card can't be closed on call, I have to goto branch. I filled a form in the branch and applied via RM. Got card with new number in around a week

called three times hoping to find another executive, either to my luck or something else got same executive 3 times.

Card closed instantly and she applied new one, said wait for a day or two to get the approval status.

2nd/3rd time she told: card can be closed but will try to apply, not sure about approval.

For me, the process was simple.

Everything was done over phone. We just need to verify ourself by typing correct OTP.

Your executive might have been a newbie.

Call again. Mentioned the same to another executive.
 
Cards start reflecting next day into add-on user's netbanking.

nothing happened on add-on user's netbanking.

during call, primary user's netbanking existing add-on dissappeared and (it may look like it) new one created after OTPs. Further no updates till now, no way to see card number anywhere.

will check with support again and update.
 
None of my addon cards are reflected in addon holder's NetBanking.

Have been able to add to addon holder's My Cards. But never in netbanking

If the numbers are same that it will not reflect in both Primary & Add-on account; but if numbers are different then it shall reflect in Add-On member's netbanking.

Not netbanking. Add ons are appearing in mobile app

update: received card with new number, pp. expiry same as primary but number, cvv different.

addon card settings, pin can be set using mycards of primary (dropdown select addon).

addon holder mobile or netbanking doesn't have any information about this card. not sure about addon mycards, didnt checked.
