How do you know? you are assuming this based on FK's previous behaviour.. but you can not definitely say this... Lets wait and see.

Lets see, if I was scammed into this pass.. Anyway I am a late sleeper.. 12 midnight is not a big thing for me..

What this pass brings to me is:
Peace of mind ..I get the iPhone I want without running out of stock in the first 5 minutes. I still buy at midnight , with a customised payment method ( combination of my GV that I bought using Amex card + using AXIS / ICICI CC) to gain maximum advantage...

Many ppl (last year) couldn't order iphone 13 at lowest price, as site kept throwing error at checkout. Many orders were cancelled. They have gone step ahead now and ensured that they additionally make 2K for many such cases

Dont fall for it.

To avoid this exact scenario, they are doing this passes..

Samsung also issues pass before each unpacked events. But they refund it if you don't buy the phn. I always buy that pass.

If FK's pass is refundable, then it defeats the purpose... i.e. to eliminate the non-serious contenders...

What you have to understand is:
For example: FK plans to sell 1 lakh 14 plus phones..this season
Out of this, they earmark 1,000 for the lowest price say: 60K..
Then they want to sell 99,000 units at 63K.. (this is the plan, and the numbers are guesses only, but it will give you the idea behind this strategy)...

Now tell me how to select these 1,000 users??
That is the reason why last time they failed at the checkout or/ didn't deliver ..
Becauese there were too many orders processed at the lowest price than they have anticipated.. hence failures / non - fulfillment..

To avoid this embarassement, they introduced this non- refundable passes, which provies them some number about who is really intersted in so that they can do their pricing accordingly..

Onething for sure... I was never cheated by FK . ever... May be this would be the first time it may happen to me...

I have decided to buy 14 Plus, not anything else... and I am willing to pay for whatever the price would be.. though I am pretty confident it woul be around 50K - 52 K after exchange of my little SE2020...
If someone else was given at a price lesser than mine then I would consider FK scammed me into this...

I am of the view that it won't happen... whatever the lowest price given during this sale, I would be offered the same for 48 hours ..

Theoretically, it is offered for 48 hours. No need to buy at 12 mid night.
But I don't want to risk it , as this is the first time they are doing it.. and buying at midnight is not a big issue for me..
Getting the product guranteed at the lowest price is important for me, hence bought the pass.
